One may feel tired and bored, especially when doing the same work again and again. Every one badly needs a break in their life to relax themselves. One needs to take proper break between his works, or else he might lose his strength and fall down mentally.
The same rule is applicable to Blogging too. After managing the blog for a period of time, one needs to do different kind of activities to relieve the pressure inside him. There is a famous quote which says
Everything needs a break – Toba Beta
So I too take frequent intervals from my blogging. I personally do some works which can make me feel good. The activities I prefer here tend to make me have a good frame of mind and help me to increase my knowledge in other things too. The list is as follows:
- Take a Walk
- Watch Movies
- Spend Time with Your Family
- Read Newspaper
- Read Books
- Watch Great Programs On TV
TAKE A WALK
Shut down the systems and your cell phones. Start walking in the park. I can assure you nothing in the world other than that will give fresh thoughts. Take a good breath, feel the atmosphere. Sit relaxed in a chair and stare at the nature.
This is my favorite one. I watch movies of love, science fiction and comedy. Take your friend with you and enjoy the movie whistling and clapping. After watching the movie, get down to your social profile and write a review about it in two lines.
SPEND TIME WITH YOUR FAMILY
This is the best thing that each and every one in the world would like to do. Take your family to a theme park or a temple. Spend memorable times with them. Talk to them in a relaxed manner, and fulfill their dreams. We work hard to earn money and make our family happy. So keep them happy at every point of their life.
Might look more professional, but the worst part is we don’t have the habit of reading newspapers daily. I prefer you to get an HINDU newspaper daily and make it a serious point to read the newspaper for at least thirty minutes a day.
